After diffusing into the organism, interacts with DNA to cause a loss of helical DNA structure and strand breakage resulting in inhibition of protein synthesis and cell death in susceptible organisms

TOPI

【Adult】

　●Rosacea: Apply and rub a thin film BID to entire affected areas after washing.

【Pediatric】Infants ≥6 months, Children, and Adolescents:

　●Periorificial dermatitis: Apply thin film QD-BID.

Hypersensitivity to metronidazole, parabens, or other ingredients of the formulation or other nitroimidazole derivatives

【1% to 10%】 Topical: Hypertension, headache, erythema, contact dermatitis, burning sensation of skin, exacerbation of acne rosacea, pruritus, skin irritation, stinging of the skin, xeroderma, UTI, local hypersensitivity reaction, influenza, URTI
